Facilities Management made simple Digital Twin

As a Facilities Management (FM) organisation or Facilities Manager, looking for a simple and effective way to bring all of your data and intelligence into one space can be a challenge.

Our Digital Twin solution provides the completely agnostic, single source of truth you have been looking for, without the need for many different log-ins to the multitude of different systems and data feeds you use daily.

Open and access your entire portfolio of connected assets from anywhere with an internet signal, and you can see your operations in one place, LIVE!

Add all of your pre-existing systems, hardware and sensors, or procure new solutions through our connected supplier network, to allow you to monitor and alert your management team of any failures, issues, trends and behaviours as they occur, pre-set to your defined targets and KPIs.

Use real-time access to the sensor and system data, to allow your team to react to situations as they develop. No waiting for the failure to be reported, costing you more in reputational damage, consequential damage, infrastructure impact and operational time delays.

No more need for latent weekly reports to be trawled through after the event. Review the latest data as it happens, live and in real-time.

Scroll through live data and performance metrics and even overlay heat-maps and location-based data whilst keeping a live eye on the facility. Roll-back over historical information and review data in charts and in-built analytics tools.

Deeper integrations with IoT devices and systems such as CCTV, smart bathrooms, noise, CO2, lighting, services and utilities, network mapping and cyber threat are only a selection of the features which can further improve your offering and allow you to maximise your service offering to your clients.

Facilities Management has never been more connected and capable thanks to Digital Twin.

Connect your own data (including Microsoft Excel and Google Docs), technology, systems and sensors, or procure 'plug and play' solutions to upgrade and scale your solution with our simple and affordable packages.

As a system supplier or manufacturer who is already established in the Airport marketplace, what benefit does a Digital Twin interface present to my business? The Digital Twin is becoming the newest and most important tool for collaboration and intelligence 'all in one place'. As complexity in Airport operations has grown, as too have the number of tools and equipment that an Airport must use / connect to / interface with. As technology has developed, the ability to communicate between systems, technology and platforms has become increasingly complex. An Customer's familiarity and competency on a single system, and a reliance on one or two of their team to be able to log on and remember how to use the system, after limited training or exposure, often leading to single point failure, or systems and equipment not reaching their full potential. Furthermore, certification processes make it difficult to stray too far from systems and equipment that hasn't already been through regulatory processes. Business intelligence has become more and more siloed, leading to information and data that does not collaborate effectively or fails to deliver the potential value it could. As Airports and Operators look to drive sustainability, efficiency and operational cost reduction, the ability to cash in on this type of intelligence to form valuable insights and revenue saving / making opportunities is only part of the solution. Bringing all of the disparate data together to form a single, real-time, paperless, Collaborative Decision Making (CDM) environment is the missing link in driving this positive change to the next level. Harnessing data, intelligence and facts, overlaid onto a real-time operational Digital Twin; the previously 'disconnected data' is able to be maximised and delivered live to wider audiences that are able to harness this intelligence to aid their operational decision making, reduce human error, refine and improve cross-department information flow and improve operational efficiency. Displaying this data on a beautifully rendered digital duplicate of the Airport in real-time, represents a simple and effective interface. Showing events and activity in their exact location in a user-friendly way. Embedded alerting and notifications, linked to other data feeds from relevant sensors or connected tools / systems / equipment, can then also display consequences, actions and reactions to the developing scenarios, and can provide a complete auditable chain layered into one platform. The ability for the many departments and teams within disparate operational areas of the Airport to see intended and un-intended activity; the system delivers much needed real-time intelligence, administrative support and delay-free liaison between teams. Often teams may not have been aware of how their actions impacted others, so the live nature of the platform allows for further reduction in human factors challenges and wider oversight improvements. As a Supplier, your technology and unique solutions remain part of your ecosystem. With integrations into the Airport Digital Twin platform, our interface can harness your functionality and solutions, fuse them together with important data feeds from other sources, allowing management and operational teams to make better and more collaborative decisions. Greater insights and LEAN intelligence for the Aviation industry, recognises the lessons and gains made by manufacturing and automotive industries, adopting these principles to improve on cost savings, efficiency, reduction in waste effort, refinement of processes and better resource utilisation. At a time when Airports and the Aviation industry are rebuilding off the back of a pandemic, such opportunity to deliver refinement, cost & resource savings are only some of the many benefits integration of your technology with our Digital Twin platform can represent. Previously under-utilised features and functionality may now become better value added features for Airports, or may allow you to refine your offering to the End User, exploit previously unexplored opportunities for enhancements to your existing products and services, or simply to promote continuous improvement. New customers (aviation and non-aviation) will be able to discover the features and functionality your technology is able to offer through the Digital Twin interface. Potential new and current Customers will both be able to see how others are benefiting and using your technology and interfaces, and will seek to procure and deploy your products and services alongside your Digital Twin interface, at their Airport or Organisation. Bringing a significant increase in lead generation and wider market share opportunities. Customer loyalty becomes greater, as Customers further embed into your product eco-system and with closer collaboration, deeper cross-functionality and in-built features through various App add-ons, capability previously not discovered or exploited can be maximised. Use your Airport Digital Twin Customer relationship to further develop new features and capability, test from live operational environment scenarios using stored or replay features and functionality, increase awareness and intelligence on how customers use your system and technology in this operational environment. And add ability to interface and collaborate in real-time, via secure log-in and interfacing.
